Andrew Lewis x2
New Andrew Lewis...ain't heard from this man in a grip. Haha, but I definitely understand how it is, juggling college + music. Here is what he had to say:
Was in the studio last night working the final songs for "What Dreams May Come" which I'll be dropping late-September early October and thought I'd shoot over some extras I had in the vault some "ventilation music".

know:juander - Wet Shoe Strings
You may remember Know:juander from previous posts on the blog. This adds to the colletion, it is his first beat tape ever, and he was getting his feet wet...hence the title wet Shoe Strings. Know:Juander is extremely dope and if you are still sleeping on his production and rapping then you have taken several losses.

Song of the Day: Jabee - Platinum Hooks
Today's song of the day goes to Jabee's song Platinum Hooks. Everytime I hear this song it puts me in a different zone (if that makes sense), nevermind the fact that the beat is just incredible. The song is off his album Blood Is The New Black, which you can cop here.

Damu The Fudgemunk Interview
An interview of Damu The Fudgemunk I came across. I am a big fan of Damu's music and thought the interview was an interesting read."I’m a regular guy. If you think I’m in studios or making beats at home all day, hanging out with other hip hop celebs, that is not the case. Most of my week is spent at a normal job just like millions of others worldwide. Unfortunately music isn’t the first thing I do when I get up, I have to make time for it. Still have regular things like laundry, paying taxes and public transportation to deal with. I really love making music and I hope it’s the impression I’ve made so

Probz - Happiness Is Music EP
Props to Twitter, yet again! I came across this nice instrumental EP by the producer Probz. Here is what he said about the EP:
The EP represents the evolution of the producer who has been making beats since the tender age of 14. The concept of Happiness Is Music is simple the audience just needs to listen to music, enjoy the music, and spread the word = Happiness! As the producer extraordinaire described the EP himself…"it’s just a few beats that make me happy every time I listen to them…"

El Prez - Bright Lights, Big City (Jansport J Remix)
Novel - Grand Finale
This is why Novel will forever be one of the artists i have the utmost respect for. He puts his all into every record, every mixtape, every EP, and everything he is apart of. here is what he had to say about this track:
"Here is a Bonus track off the Album “The Audiobiography…” Its about my child hood and growing up. That’s actually my mother in the intro. Strong woman. Was on her own alot. Raised 6 of us no father figure sometimes we stayed in shelters, homeless. Anyway just listen to the record. I think you’ll enjoy it. Stay blessed."Download/Stream Here
